Welcome to HealthMeter! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HealthMeter mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE RISKS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, your use of the Site, Services, and any linked sites is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not to limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, accuracy, or completeness.

  4. Third-Party Interactions – We do not control or endorse third-party content, professionals, or links. Any interactions are solely between you and the third party.
  5. Independent Status and Responsibilities of "Pros" – If you are a Professional using the Services with clients, you acknowledge you are an independent user and are solely responsible for your use of the Services and any advice provided.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HealthMeter and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HealthMeter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, ban, or delete your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or delete the Application/Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
